Bio
Synthetic and concrete sound, organised from atmospheric soundscapes to algorithmic generative processes.
Danilo Casti is an Italian electroacoustic musician and composer from Cagliari, Sardinia. His journey began in the early 2000s, spanning live performance, contemporary dance, video art and multimedia installation.
Experimental theatre and contemporary dance shaped his writing: organic soundscapes built on dramaturgical structure. Since 2018 he has been part of Dalila Kayros’s band as electronic musician, composer and arranger, and works with choreographer Alessandro Carboni as composer and sound performer.
